摘　　要：我国农村教育公平问题由来已久,不仅包括农村义务教育公平问题,也包括农村转移劳动力、农业劳动力、农民工子女和农村幼儿等不同特征农村群体的教育公平问题,主要体现在获得相应教育权利、机会和教育资源积累人力资本的限制性,以及人力资本作用发挥等方面的限制性上。The issue of education equity is not new in rural China,which not only covers rural compulsory education equity,but also includes the education equity related to other groups such as rural transferring labor force,rural labor force,migrant workers＇children and farmers＇children. The manifestation of rural education equity concerning the different groups in the rural area includes the rights or opportunities to receive education,access to education resources,and the restriction of the application of human capital.
