口炎清冲剂对复发性口腔溃疡患者血清免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究口炎清冲剂对复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)患者的血清免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:对57例RAU患者治疗前后的血清免疫球蛋白进行测量,观察治疗前后免疫球蛋白异常人数的变化。结果:除IgM降低组在治疗前后,IgM异常人数无显著性差异外,其余各组在经过3个月口炎清冲剂治疗后,免疫球蛋白异常人数较治疗前均有显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:纯中药制剂口炎清冲剂对RAU患者的体液免疫具有双向调节作用。Objective：To investigate the influence of Kouyanqing Granules on serum immunoglobulin of patients with re current aphthous ulceration（RAU）.Methods：The serum immunoglobulin levels of 57 RAU patients were detected before and after treatment,and then the changes in number of the patients with abnormal immunoglobulin before and after treatment were investigated.Results：Except IgM reducing group（in this group,the number of the patients with abnormal IgM had no significant difference before and after treatment）,after 3 months of treatment with Kouyanqing Granules,the number of the patients with abnormal immunoglobulin of other groups reduced significantly（all P0.05）.Conclusion：Kouyanqing Granule has bi-directional regulation function on humoral immunity of RAU patients.
