摘　　要：对４１例伴有淋巴结或血行转移的隐匿性甲状腺癌进行回顾性临床分析。颈淋巴结转移３８例，血行转移３例。转移与病理类型有关，与原发灶大小无关。认为隐匿性甲状腺癌生物学特性与其同类型甲状腺癌相符合。The clinical material of 41 cases with the occult carcinoma of thyroid was analysed retrospectively.Thirty-eight cases were found to have lymphogenous metastasis,three cases were found to have metastasis by blood vessel.Based on clinical material,authors found the metastasis was associated with the pathologic type but the size primary lesion.The authors consider:The biological character of the occult carcinoma of thyriod was in keeping with that of the general carcinoma of thyriod.The management for the occult carcinoma of thyriod should abide by the principle of treatment for the general carcinoma of thyroid.
