探讨中医疗法对大鼠局灶脑缺血模型caspase-3的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医疗法对大鼠局灶脑缺血模型caspase-3（半胱天冬酶-3蛋白）的影响。方法：将72只大鼠制备局灶脑缺血模型，随机分为实验组48只和对照组24只，实验组应用中医疗法进行治疗，应用免疫组化观察caspase-3表达。结果：中医疗法能明显减少caspase-3蛋白阳性细胞的表达。结论：中医疗法对脑缺血治疗有效。Objective：To study the effects of caspase -3 through traditional chinese medicine therapy on the model of local cerebral ischemia in rat. Methods ：72 preparation of focal cerebral ischcmia in rats were randomly divided into experimental group 48 and control group 24 the experimental group apply for chinese medicine therapy, using immunohistochemical observation of caspase - 3 expression. Results ： The results of traditional chinese medicine therapy can be prescribed to reduce caspase - 3 protein - positive cells. Conclusion ： Traditional chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of cerebral ischemia is effective.
