摘　　要：动物细胞培养技术建立在组织培养技术基础上,在技术方法、实际应用方面都得到全新发展。该文主要就培养基、工程细胞株、培养仪器和设备等几个重要方面进行综述。The animal cell culture technology,based on tissue culture technology,is a developing biological technology.This paper reviewed several important factors impacting on the rapid development of serum-free culture technology of animal cells,such as media,engineering cell strain,equipment and facilities in cell culture.
