摘　　要：就业当前是高职高专办学的航标。本文从日常实训教学、专业课老师结合市场需求进行现场教学、校企合作进行定单式培养、全方位进行就业指导等四个方面进行分析,提出了促进高职高专学生就业的办学策略。Employment is current beacon of the vocational college.The article analyzed the strategies and methods of promoting the employment for the vocational collegel students from the four aspects of the daily practice teaching,on-site teaching combined with the market demand by the specialized course teachers,school-enterprise cooperation for ordered-cultivation and the comprehensive guidance to employment.
