摘 要:从焦化厂、农药厂与药厂废水中筛选出3株苯酚降解细菌,分别编号为JHC-2、NYC-2与YC-2。分别采用摇瓶培养与模拟SBR方法比较3株细菌处理苯酚废水的效率,结果表明摇床培养条件为35℃与150r/min,苯酚浓度为100mg/L,经JHC-2、NYC-2、YC-2处理3h后,CODcr的去除率分别为30.52%、71.19%、65.89%。SBR的处理条件为28℃,苯酚初始浓度为100mg/L,HRT为16h,JHC-2、NYC-2、YC-2对CODcr的去除率分别为52.11%、76.69%、70.26%。3株细菌处理苯酚废水效率比较表明,NYC-2在3株细菌中降解苯酚能力最强,通过对其细胞形态、生理生化特性研究,初步确定该菌株属于假单胞杆菌属。Three phenol - degrading bacteria strains numbered as JHC - 2, NYC - 2 and YC - 2 were screened from the wastewater of eoking plant, pesticide factory and pharmaceutical factory, respectively. They were cultivated in shakers (150 r/min) for 3 hours at 35 ℃, when the initial phenol concentration was 100 rag/L, the removal rate of CODe, by JHC -2, NYC -2 and YC - 2 was 30.52%, 71.19% and 65.89%, respectively. Simulative SBR treatment was used to compare the removal efficiency of phenol in wastewater by the three bacteria strains, when the temperature was at 28 ℃, the initial phenol concentration was 100 mg/L, HRT was 16 h, the removal rate of CODcr by JHC -2, NYC -2 and YC -2 was 52.11%, 76.69% and 70.26% respectively. The above results showed that NYC -2 had the strongest degradation capability for phenol among the three bacteria strains. NYC -2 was identi- fied according to cell shape, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and the results showed that it belonged to Pseudomonas.
