摘　　要：以人为本思想是马克思主义唯物史观、党的根本宗旨和中国传统文化精髓的重叠共识。在社会主义新时期,以人为本既是科学发展的根本目的和根本手段,又是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和核心内容。基于此,必须把以人为本作为推动科学发展与促进社会和谐的首要原则,贯彻落实到各项工作之中。Putting people first is the Maxist theory＇s motto.It is also happens to be Chinese Communist Party and Chinese traditional culture＇s goal.In this new era of socialism,we need to make sure that we do not deviate from our aim.Thus,policies must be made to ensure this directive is implemented at every level of the government.
