摘　　要：构建符合时代的先进企业文化,将科学精神与人文精神融入其中,有利于企业积极应对新形势,增加在市场中的竞争力。在企业文化中注入科学精神与人文精神是构建先进企业文化、企业文化创新的主要支点,更是企业文化最高和谐的美。With the emergence of new competition trends in the markets in the 21st century,building an advanced enterprise culture in line with the times with scientific spirits and humanistic spirits integrated will help enterprises to actively respond to the new situation and increase their competitiveness in the markets.The scientific spirits and humanistic spirits injected into enterprise culture is not only the main basis of building an advanced enterprise culture and enterprise culture remolding,but also the highest harmonious beauty of enterprise culture.
