摘 要:应用远红外涂料使传统烤房中以热对流为主的热传导方式转换为辐射和对流2种传热方式,用以联合调制烟叶。昆明市晋宁县5个乡10组农户的烘焙试验结果表明:远红外涂料具有热稳定性,在初烤条件下稳定且无毒害物质释放;烤房使用涂料后,整个烤季燃煤平均节省19.94%;初烤后云87烟叶和红花大金元烟叶常规化学成分无异常变化。The application of far infrared coating causes the traditional heat conduction changing from heat convection to radiation and convection to make the two ways jointly curing tobacco leaves.The curing experiment contrast between the 10 groups of farmers from 5 townships of Jinning County,Kunming,shows that the far infrared coating has the thermostability.There is stability and no poisonous materials released in the initial curing.With the use of coating in the roasting room,there is an average save of 19.94% in the bunker coal in the entire curing season.There is no abnormal change in the conventional chemical compositions of tobacco leaves of Yun 87 and safflower Dajinyuan after initial curing.
