摘　　要：通过对花生产后加工工艺的调研,简述花生收获、干燥、存储、脱壳、脱红衣、清选分级、深加工等各工序的发展现状,介绍国内常见花生收获及加工机械的主要技术参数,并提出我国花生产后加工机械的研发方向。On the basis of investigation and information collection on peanut postproduction processing techniques,this paper explores the present situation and characteristics of the peanut postproduction in terms of harvesting,drying,storage,shelling,clearance and grading and testing as well as intensive processing.Major technical parameters of peanut processing machines and the focus of research and development of these machines are presented in this article.
