摘　　要：山野菜因其营养丰富、风味独特等特点而受到关注。岫岩县的地理条件适宜山野菜生长,分别介绍大叶芹、藿香和猴腿这3种叶菜类山野菜的特征与特性,指出人工栽培这3种山野菜的技术要点以及田间管理的注意事项,以期为获得山野菜高产提供技术支持。Wild vegetables are popular food of high nutrition and special flavor.The geographical condition of Xiuyan is fit for growing wild vegetables.This article deals with the characteristics and properties of three wild vegetables,namely,Yamazeri,Agastache rugosus and Saruashi.The author explores the cultivation techniques and considerations in growing these vegetables so as to provide technical support for producing high yield wild vegetables in these areas.
