摘　　要：大球盖菇是联合国粮农组织推荐栽培的珍稀食用菌之一,发展前景广阔。从栽培场地、栽培时间、培养料的配比与处理、铺料播种、发菌期管理、覆土、出菇期管理、采收8个方面,介绍大球盖菇高产栽培技术要点和注意事项,为提高岫岩地区鲜菇产量服务。Stropharia rugoso-annulata is a rare and precious edible fungus recommended by UN Food and Agriculture Organization and it enjoys great development potential.This article deals with the cultivation techniques of Stropharia rugoso-annulata in terms of cultivation field,timing of cultivation,ratio and treatment of composts,sowing,spawn running management,soil covering,fruiting management and collection so as to provide reference for producing high-yield Stropharia rugoso-annulata.
