摘  要:目的探讨口腔修复临床后牙缺失的一种修复手段方法。方法 90例患者100颗缺失牙,采用金钯合金(贵金属)嵌体桥技术进行修复,1个月后复查,随访5年。结果 100颗牙中2颗嵌体桥松动脱落(分别在第3年和第5年),占2%,其余98颗牙感觉舒适、无异物感。牙体牙髓无自觉症状,修复体边缘无继发龋。结论嵌体桥技术室制作方法相对简单,临床上牙体预备磨除较少,戴用后对牙创伤也较小。Objective To study the clinical prosthodontic's means of approach after back tooth loss. Methods Ninety cases of 100 missing teeth,with Au-Pd alloy (precious metals) technology to repair the bridge inlays. After 1 month the patients were examined and were followed up for 5 years. Results Two of 100 teeth with Inlay Bridge fall off (respectively in the first 3 years and 5 years) ,accounting for 2% ,and the remaining 98 teeth felt comfortable without any foreign body sensation. No symptoms of dental and restorations edge and no secondary caries. Conclusion In- lay bridge technology room making method is relatively simple, clinical tooth preparation were ground less,occl usal tooth trauma is also smaller after wearing.
