摘 要:目的:研究高钙饮食以及饮食习惯对亚健康状况的影响,为亚健康的饮食干预提供科学依据。方法:采用流行病学分层整群抽样法对780例非体力劳动者人群进行问卷调查,根据调查结果计算亚健康状态得分,判定亚健康严重程度。结果:每周食用高钙食物次数较多者,其躯体、心理、躯体及心理亚健康分数有降低趋势;饮食习惯之偏甜食及偏肉食者亚健康程度显著高于无特殊偏好组(P<0.05)。结论:经常食用含钙量高的饮食对缓解亚健康状态有一定作用;合理饮食、饮食营养均衡对亚健康状态的改善有一定意义。Objective: To study the relationship between high calcium diet and eating habit on sub-health in order to provide scientific basis for dietary interventions of the sub-healthy people.Methods: 780 questionnaires of non-physical workers were handed put in which cluster sampling of epidemiology was adopted.Severity of sub-health status was assessed according to the sub-health status scores from the investigation result.Results: The physical,psychological,physical and psychological sub-healthy levels of those who rarely eat high-calcium diet were higher than those who regularly consumed(P0.05).The physical,psychological,physical and psychological sub-healthy levels of sweet and the meat-eaters were significantly higher than the group without special preference (P0.05).Conclusion: Eating high calcium die play a role in relieving sub-health status,and the reasonable diet,balanced nutrition play well-regulatory role in physical and psychological.
