中医特色实习支持系统在护理教学中的应用与评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色实习支持系统对中医护生实习压力的干预效果。方法:选取74名护理本科学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,两组均采用常规实习教学,试验组同时予实习支持系统干预。评价两组实习压力水平、压力应对水平、专业承诺变化情况。结果:经系统的中医特色实习压力干预,试验组实习压力缓解程度、压力应对水平与专业承诺度的提升程度均高于对照组,两组学生除"压力应对水平"评价中的"逃避"维度无差异外,上述三大指标的组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色实习支持系统能有效干预中医本科护生实习压力,强化护生的职业承诺。Objective： To explore the intervention of practice support system of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） characteristic on the practical stress of nursing undergraduates. Methods： Seventy-four nursing undergraduates in Shanghai University of TCM were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The routine teaching practice was adopted in both groups and the practice support system was adopted in experimental group at the same time. The levels of practical stress, the response to stress and the professional commitment changes were evaluated. Results： The improvement of practical stress and the rise of the level of response to stress and the professional commitment were better in experimental group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The practice support system of TCM characteristic can relieve the practical stress of the nursing undergraduates effectively and strengthen the professional commitment.
