关于推进我国科技情报工作的思考与建议

摘　　要：科技情报成为知识经济时代的战略性资源,传统的科技情报工作模式正在向现代科技情报工作模式转变。美日俄等发达国家都十分重视科技情报建设工作。我国科技情报服务内容主要包括为政府、企业和科研院所战略决策提供信息服务。我国必须加强科技情报服务内容、服务体系、服务投入、服务定位和服务模式五方面的工作。The scientific and technological information becomes strategic resources in the era of knowledge-based economy,the traditional mode of scientific and technological information changes into the modern mode.The developed countries such as United States and Japan and Russia and the others have attached great importance to scientific and technological information construction.China＇s scientific and technological information services mainly include providing information services for government,business and science and technology strategic decision-making institutions.China must strengthen the following five aspects of work such as service content,service system,service inputs,service orientation and service delivery model of scientific and technological information.
