摘　　要：在对用户的表达、认识和潜在信息需求3个层次结构进行分析的基础上,探讨适应用户表达、认识和潜在信息需求的图书馆信息服务模式体系,并提出适应用户需求的图书馆服务策略即对接需求、确认需求和超越需求。On the basis of analyzing the readers＇ three information demands hierarchical structures as expression,realization and potential,the author probed into suitable information service model system of library and put forward appropriate library service tactics that are butting,confirming and transcending readers＇ information demands.
