摘 要:选取江苏省南京市玄武湖的水生植物金鱼藻为研究对象,研究金鱼藻对3种不同污染程度富营养水体的水质净化效果。结果表明:(1)金鱼藻对污染水体的净化效果明显高于对照组,且对CODcr、TN和TP的去除率存在两两相关性;(2)金鱼藻体内氮、磷浓度增加的趋势与所在水体中的氮、磷去除效果相一致;(3)金鱼藻的叶绿素含量在试验初期呈下降趋势,一段时间后金鱼藻体内叶绿素含量随水质的净化均逐渐回升至原有水平。Hydrilla verticillata growing in Xuanwu lake was selected as the research object to investigate its purification ability for three kinds of eutrophic waters with different pollution levels. The results showed that the purification ability of H.verticillata for polluted waters was obviously higher than that of the blank, and the purge rate of COD_cr, TN, and TP in waters existed correlation among them. The upward tendency of nitrogen and phosphorus contents in H.verticillata was the same with the removing effect of nitrogen and phosphorus in polluted waters. The content of chlorophyll in H.verticillata appeared downward tendency in the initial period of testing, but it gradually recovered to original level after a period of time along with purification of water.
