摘 要:目的了解不同学习阶段学生行为问题特点及其影响因素,为学校卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取贵阳市城区8所小学校和初中学校的学生3 016名为调查对象,用"Achenbach家长用儿童行为量表(CBCL)"和自制的有关影响因素调查表对中小学生行为问题进行调查。结果贵阳市中小学生行为问题的检出率为14.95%,其中小学生为13.27%,初中生为16.83%。孕产期母亲情绪低落、父母关系不融洽可能是中小学生行为问题的危险因素,父母理解子女、子女有困难告诉父母等可能是中小学生行为问题的保护因素。小学阶段同学关系差的小学生行为问题发生率是同学关系好学生的2.503倍(1.561~4.037)。结论贵阳市城区初中学生较小学生行为问题严重。应有针对性开展学校卫生保健工作。Objective To explore the current situation of children's behavioral problems and its influencing factors between different school stages in Guiyang and to provide evidence of school hygiene.Methods Using stratified random sampling to choose 3 016 students among eight schools in Guiyang.All the students were surveyed by Achenbach's child behavior checklist(CBCL) and a self-designed questionnaire.Results The prevalence rate of children's behavioral problems was 14.95%,the rate of elementary school students was 13.27% and the rate of junior middle school students was 16.83%.The depression of mother among pregnant and prenatal,the relationship of parents may be the risk factors and the good relationship between children and their parents may be the protective factor.The prevalence of behavioral problems among children having bad relation with classmates was 2.503(1.561~4.037) times as much as those having good relation with classmates.Conclusion The behavioral problems of junior school students is higher than that of primary school students.The work of school health services should be carried out pertinently.
