摘　　要：目的了解大学生性行为发生率及安全套使用情况,为开展预防艾滋病宣传和生殖健康教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样法,对2008年暑期学生旅客专列上的1 616名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生性行为发生率为27.54%,其中男生为35.71%,女生为20.05%。20岁之前性行为发生率男生高于女生(χ2=5.915,P=0.015),20～22岁男生高于女生(χ2=14.906,P=0.001),22岁后差异无统计学意义,26岁后男、女生性行为发生率均达80%。大学生性行为时不使用安全套比例达17.30%,不同性别、专业、年龄、学历之间安全套使用频率差异均无统计学意义。结论大学生性行为发生率较高而安全套使用率较低。应加大性行为教育力度,促进其不良性行为发生改变。Objective To understand the status of sexual behavior and condom using among university students in order to provide the bases for reproducing health education and AIDS prevention.Methods One thousand six hundred and sixteen students,who took the special train only for students on summer vacation in 2008,were surveyed with self-administered questionnaire.Results The prevalence rate of intercourse behaviors was 27.54%,35.71% for schoolboys and 20.05% for schoolgirls.More schoolboys had sexual intercourse behaviors than schoolgirls before 20 years old（χ2=5.915,P=0.015） and before 22 years old（χ2=14.906,P=0.001）.After 26 years old,80% schoolboys or schoolgirls had sexual intercourse behaviors.About 17.30% university students reported never used condoms.There were no significant difference of using condoms among the students of different genders or specialized field or age or education level.Conclusion The incidence rate of sexual behavior is high;however condom using is very low.It is necessary to take systematic and scientific sex and AIDS health education,in order to change their high-risk sexual practice.
