摘　　要：经济法体系如何确立,直接关系到人们对于经济法的直观认识,间接反映了该学科的发展水平。笔者赞同"经济法体系是由多层次的、门类齐全的经济法部门组成的有机联系的统一整体"的观点,推介了一种以系统论的方法构建的经济法学科体系———新二元体系,试图以此为当今混沌的经济法体系研究开启一个新视角。How the Economic law system is established not only directly relates to people＇s cognition to the Economic law,but also indirectly reflects the developmental level of this subject.The author accepts the view that ＂the Economic law system is an organic integrity consists of multi-level and a full range of Economic law departments＂,and introduces an Economic law system built from the method of system theory——the new dual system,in an attempt to open a new perspective to the currently confused Economic law system research.
