住院精神病人家庭照顾者的生活质量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨住院精神病人家庭照顾者的生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法采用健康调查问卷SF-36中文版对100例住院精神病人的家庭照顾者进行调查,并进行相关性分析。结果住院精神病人家庭照顾者的生活质量在多方面受到损害,其生活质量与照料时间、家庭经济状况呈显著相关(P<0.01),与病人的病程相关联(P<0.05),与照顾者年龄、文化程度、职业无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论精神疾病对家庭照料者的生活质量的影响是严重的,需进行相应干预。Objective To investigate quality of lives（QOL）of the family caregivers of the psychological patients and find influence factors.Methods 00 family caregivers of the psychological patients were assessed with SF-36 in Chinese,and the data was analyzed by correlation.Results The QOL of the family caregivers were injured in many fields.It is very closely related to their time of caring and family economical situation（P〈0.01）,and also related to the patients＇ illness procedure（P〈0.05）,no relationship with the caregivers＇ age,educational level,and their vocation.Conclusion The QOL of family caregivers were affected seriously by psychosis,which should be intervened accordingly.
