主体教育理念下的竞技体育后备人才培养

摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济体制日益完善的新形势下,竞技体育后备人才的培养直接关系到我国竞技体育的可持续发展。体教结合是目前竞技体育后备人才培养的主要形式,人们在对其提出种种发展对策的同时,往往忽略了体育后备人才的主体性及其特征。因此树立主体教育理念,培养竞技体育后备人才主体意识,也是竞技体育后备人才培养的重要内容和环节。Under the improvement of socialist market economic system, cultivation of reserve sports talents directly concern the sustainable development of our competitive sport. However,when integrating sports with education is discussed, subjective characteristic of reserve sports talents is often ignored. So establishing the concept of subjective education and development of subjective consciousness is a main content of cultivation of reserve sports talents.
