摘 要:用NaOH对秸秆进行固态化学预处理,以提高秸秆厌氧消化效率和产气量,研究不同NaOH添加量和负荷率对秸秆产气特性的影响.结果表明,NaOH固态预处理对秸秆厌氧消化有明显促进作用,预处理后秸秆的单TS产气量比未处理前提高26.02%~65.43%,反应起始时间提前1~2d,反应持续时间缩短1~4d,TS和VS去除率分别提高41.7%和52.4%,甲烷气体体积分数由未处理前的52.1%提高到64.5%,其生物能由19.71MJ/m3提高到24.41MJ/m3,在NaOH添加量为6%时,负荷率为60g/L的秸秆厌氧消化效果最好,单位TS沼气产量最高达到445mL/g.The characteristics of the generation of high-energy biogas through anaerobic digestion of straw pretreated with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as chemical agent were introduced. The effect of NaOH amount, the loading rate on anaerobic digestion efficiency, and the biogas yield of straw were investigated. The main conclusions are : (1) NaOH pretreatment was able to increase the total biogas production. Biogas yield per TS increased by 26. 02% - 65.43% more than non-pretreated straw, the gas production was earlier 1 - 2 d and shorter 4 - 1 d, TS and VS reductions were 41.7% and 52. 4%, respectively. Furthermore, The CH4 concentration in the biogas increased from 52. 1% to 64.5 % , equivalent to an increase in bio-energy yield from 19. 71 to 24. 41 MJ/m^3 ; (2) The loading rate of 60 g/L and 6% NaOH amount was recommended for straw pretreation. Its biogas yield per TS was 445 mL/g.
