摘  要:针对已有计算方法的不足,提出了一种大跨度缆索吊装主索系统受力分析的较精确有限元算法。该法应用小应变弹性悬链线单元、CR(随转坐标系)列式法梁单元,考虑主索(即承重索)在索鞍处的切点变化和索鞍的自由转动,用几何非线性有限元方法,得到了跑车及吊重顺桥向移动过程中主索的几何参数、内力及其变化规律,用迭代方法得到缆索吊装主索系统的架设参数。结果表明:①大跨度缆索吊装主索系统最不利工况均发生在跑车及吊重这一移动荷载处于主索跨中70%的跨径的区段内,此时,牵引索和起重索对主索的结构作用很小,可以假设牵引索和起重索对主索的结构作用为0;②主索索鞍转动对主索系统的受力分析结果和架设参数计算结果的影响不可忽略。南宁永和大桥缆索吊装主索系统试吊试验过程分析结果及其与实测数据对比表明,该法具有较高的精度。Aiming at the drawbacks of present methods, a finite element method with higher precision for static analysis of the main cable system in the large-span cable-hoisting is proposed. Utilizing the small-strain elastic catenary cable element and the CR(co-rotational) -formulation beam element, taking variation of the tangent point of the main cable against the saddle and free rotation of the saddle into account, the geometry parameters, the internal forces and their evolutions of the main cable are obtained by a nonlinear finite element analysis when the trolley and lifting load move along the span. The erection parameters of the main cable are determined by an of iterative algorithm. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that, for the large-span cable-hoisting system, all worst conditions of the main cable occur when the moving loads, including the trolley and load, are located in the range of 70% of the main span around the mid-span, and the tractive lifting ropes and the loading lines have little effect on the main cable. The influence of the saddle rotation of the main cable on the static analysis and the erection parameters of the main cable system cannot be neglected. The analysis results and their comparison with test data from the main cable system in the cable-hoisting system of Nanning Yonghe Bridge proved the accuracy of the method.
