利用挣值管理进行项目成本及进度绩效分析

摘　　要：挣值管理是项目管理中较重要的管理工具之一,在项目建设过程中的某一时点,能通过进度绩效和成本绩效综合监控和预测项目进展状况。归纳总结且改进和完善了挣值管理技术,并结合一具体案例详细论述了如何用挣值管理对项目的成本绩效及进度绩效进行分析和管理,以进一步推广挣值管理技术在项目管理中的应用。Earned Value Management is one of very important management tools in project management. It can monitor and forecast project progress through the cost performance and schedule performance in a certain point of construction. This paper summarized and improved the technique of Earned Value Management and discusses ways to analyze and manage the cost performance and schedule performance by analyzing some eases in order to further promote the application of Earned Value Management in project management.
