摘  要:目的研究异佛司可林(isoF)悬液滴眼对清醒兔眼内压(IOP)的作用。方法以气动式非接触眼压计测IOP,并记录药物的表面刺激反应。结果0.25%和1%isoF分别降低正常IOP达0.37和0.43kPa。对水负荷高眼压(OHT),isoF从0.06%到1%呈浓度依赖性的抑制IOP升高;0.25%isoF作用最强,使给药侧IOP较对照侧低0.95kPa。实验还显示,0.25%isoF基本无刺激,而1%时有轻度刺激反应。结论在清醒兔无眼创伤下测IOP,isoF对正常IOP和水负荷诱导的OHT均有抑制作用;0.25%isoF悬液基本无刺激性,而1%浓度时有轻度刺激反应。ObjectiveTo study the effects of isoforskolin (isoF) suspention administered topically on the intraocular pressure (IOP) in conscious rabbits.MethodsIOP was measured with pneumatonometer,and the irritation responses were also recorded.Results0.25% and 1% isoF lowered normal IOP by 0.37 and 0.44 kPa respectively.In water loading induced ocular hypertension (OHT),isoF from 0.06% to 1% concentration dependently suppressed the increase in IOP,and the maximal effect was obtained by 0.25% isoF which suppressed IOP by 0.95 kPa compared with the contralateral control IOP.Simultaneously,0.25% isoF showed little while 1% isoF showed weak topical irritating responses.ConclusionBy measuring IOP without eye invasion,isoF showed ocular hypotensive effect on both normal IOP and water induced OHT in conscious rabbits;additionally,isoF suspension at 0.25% exerted little while at 1% exerted weak topical irritating actions.
