摘 要:为探讨散光眼散光轴向分布的规律,本文对582例(1018眼)散光眼进行了分析。通过验光检查确定散光轴向,并按年龄大小分成七个年龄组,就近视性散光、远视性散光和混合性散光之轴向分别加以分析。结果:散光轴向的总体分布以垂直经线和水平经线为多。无论何种散光类型,40岁以下各年龄组散光眼的散光轴向大多呈顺规性散光分布。随着年龄的增长,逆规性散光的比例增高,40岁以上年龄组散光眼的散光轴向大多呈逆规性散光分布。各年龄组之间散光轴向差异极显著。双眼散光轴向大多呈对称性或同轴性分布。结论:散光轴向可随年龄增长而改变,并呈逆规性散光状态的变化。To inquire into the distribution of astigmatic axes.Methods:582 cases(1018eyes)of astigmatism were analyzed.Astigmatic axes were confirmed by means of refraction.Seven groups were divided based on different ages and three types of astigmatism were analyzed respectively.Results:Most of the astigmatic axes were distributed as vertical and horizontal meridian.Most of the astigmatic axes before 40 years old were distributed as direct astigmatism.with the growth of ages,the inverse astigmatism was increasing.Most of the astigmatic axes over 40 years old were distributed as inverse astigmatism.Astigmatic axes in each group were remakable different.Astigmatic axes of bilateral eyes in most cases were symmetrical and homonymous.Conclusion:Astigmatic axis can be changed with growth of the age and distributed as inverse astigmatism.
