张元素脏腑病机特点研究

摘　　要：张元素为易水学派的创始人,精研《黄帝内经》理论,旁参《中藏经》、《千金要方》等著作,并结合自己数十年临证经验,自成一家,在分析脏腑病机、脏腑辨证、脏腑病变用药上颇有特色,独树一帜。张氏论脏腑病机以寒热虚实为纲,分标病本病论述脏腑病机,是在前人以寒热虚实论述脏腑病机基础之上的集成创新,形成了标本寒热虚实条理清晰的脏腑病机系统。ZHANG Yuan-su created the yishui school,based on his experience and the theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi,Zhong Zang Jing, Qianjin Yaofang and other books.ZHANG Yuan-su developed the distinctive pathogenesis theory of zang-fu visceral disease.He discussed pathogenesis theory of zang-fu visceral disease based on the key link of deficiency and abundance,cold and heat.He thought that the viscera-related disease had two kinds：the visceral disease and meridian disease.Based on the pathogenesis theory of zang-fu visceral disease from predecessor,he developed a unique zang-fu pathogenesis system.
