摘  要:目的:探讨大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸及扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:采用灌服乙硫氨酸混悬液或腹腔注射扑热息痛混悬液造成小鼠肝损伤模型,通过测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平和小鼠肝脏病理组织学变化,观察大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸及扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。结果:灌服乙硫氨酸或腹腔注射扑热息痛可造成小鼠急性肝损伤,大、小剂量大枣多糖组和肝泰乐组均可显著降低乙硫氨酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤模型血清ALT水平,可显著改善乙硫胺酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤病理变化。结论:大枣多糖对乙硫氨酸和扑热息痛所致小鼠肝损伤有好的保护作用。Objective: To explore the protective effects of jujube polysaccharide on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine and paracetamol. Methods: Liver injury mice model was induced by gavage with ethionine suspension or intraperitoneal injection of parcharide. ALT levels in serum and liver histopathological changes were measured, the protective effect of jujube polysaccharide on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine or paracetamol was observed. Results: Mice liver injury model can be successfully established by gavage with ethionine or intraperitoneal injection of paracetamol. High and low-dose jujuba polysaccharide and the glucurolactone groups can significantly lower the ALT levels in serum and significantly improve pathological changes in liver injury model. Conclusion: Jujube polysaccharide had good protective effects on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine or paracetamol.
