高等体育院校学生创业认知取向的调查与分析

摘　　要：为深入了解体育大学生的创业认知价值取向,采用访谈法、调查法与综合分析法等研究方法,对20所高等体育院校400名大学生进行了调查。结果表明,由于传统择业观念的禁锢,体育大学生自主创业意愿并不强烈。体育大学生受传统体育教育思想的影响较大,加之体育创新创业教育的缺位,造成体育大学毕业生普遍缺乏自主创业能力。鉴于这种状况,从增强体育大学生创新意识、科学谋划职业生涯、提高择业创业能力角度,提出了相关对策与建议。This paper surveyed the self - employed cognitive orientation of 400 students in 20 sport colleges with the methods of interview, survey and synthetic analysis.. Results indicated that students do not exhibit an intense desire to become self - em- ployed due to the restrictions of traditional employment ideas ; in addition to the lack of innovation education, sports graduates are incompetent to start their own business. In view of this situation, the paper put forward some advice from how to promote their innovative motivation, how to design their career and how to improve their ability to select and develop their own business.
