摘　　要：根据对体育教育专业毕业生工作情况的社会调查和社会对本专业毕业生规格的要求,在体育教育专业学生能力培养方面优化教学环节,以"以人为本、三个面向"为指导思想,以培养"多能一专、复合应用型"的专业人才为目标,以"系统论、协同论"为理论基础,以体育教育专业术科专选教学模式和策略运用为切入点,构建体育教育专业术科专选教学以课堂教学、第二课堂活动、社会实践和科学研究训练"四结合"的人才培养模式和具体操作策略,使4个培养方面协同、渗透和融合,达到"4×1/4≥1"的培养效果。This article is based on the survey of the employment of the physical education graduates and the social requirements to the graduates. ＇ People First, Three Orientations＇ should be considered as the guideline to cultivate physical education ma- jor students. ＇ cultivating versatility and professionals＇ is the objective, the theory of ＇ systems and coordination＇ is the foun- dation, and the model of the specialized teaching and its usage is the entry point. Constructing the specialized teaching based on the classroom teaching, the extracurricular activities, the social practice and the scientific research training on the ＇ Four Combinations＇ will balance and integrate the four aspects, finally achieve the effect of model＇4×1/4≥1 ＇.
