联合检测血清肿瘤标记物对消化道五种恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的检测血清CA72-4、CEA、AFP、CA-50、CA19-9含量水平,评价这五项肿瘤标记物对消化系统五种恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法测定经临床确诊的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者、消化道良性疾病患者和正常人血清CA72-4、CEA、AFP、CA-50、CA19-9含量。结果五项肿瘤标志物在消化道五种恶性肿瘤患者中的含量均显著高于健康人群(P<0.05)。CA-50和CA19-9在胆囊癌和胰腺癌两种恶性肿瘤与五项指标联合检测的检出率无显著差异(P>0.05)。CEA在直结肠癌与五项标志物联合检测的检出率也没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论不同的消化道恶性肿瘤引起血清CA72-4、CEA、AFP、CA-50、CA19-9含量水平不同。因此,针对不同的消化道恶性肿瘤应采用不同的指标联合检测。Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the diagnosing value of five tumor markers including CA72-4,CEA,AFP,CA-50,and CA19-9 in digestive system cancer detected their level in serum.Methods Selected patients with digestive malignant and benign tumor and healthy persons,detected the level of CA72-4,CEA,AFP,CA-50,and CA19-9 in serum of them by electrochemiluminescence immune analyzer.Results The diagnosing value of five tumor markers with digestive system cancers were significant higher than in healthy persons（P〈0.05）.The detecting ratio of cholecyst cancer and pancreas cancer by CA-50 and CA19-9 was shown same ratio with combined five tumor markers（P〉0.05）.The detecting ratio of rectum cancer and colon cancer by CEA were same as the ratio of combined five tumor markers（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Different digestive system cancer shows different level of CA72-4,CEA,AFP,CA-50,and CA19-9 in serum.So,when diagnosing different digestive system cancer,we should select different combination of tumor markers detection.
