摘　　要：关于公立高校转制存在一些认识误区:转制不能转变所有制;转制要保证国有资产保值增值;转制对象主要是"薄弱"学校。这是思维混乱、态度保守的结果。要走出认识误区,更理性、开放、积极、主动地看待转制。There are some misunderstandings of public colleges and universities transformation： ownership is invariable;keeping and adding the value of State-owned Assets;transformation object are mainly ＂weak＂ schools.The causation of these problems is confusion of ideas and conservative attitude.To overcome these misunderstandings,we must be more rational,open,active and initiative.
