摘　　要：抗生素越来越多地被应用于畜牧业中,其在乳制品的残留问题备受关注。阐述了牛奶中抗生素残留的原因和危害性,综述了国内外较流行的牛奶中抗生素的检测技术和新的检测方法研究进展。Antibiotics are increasingly being used in animal husbandry,its residues in dairy products is also cause for concern.This article discusses the reasons for antibiotic residues in milk and harm,and citing the more popular at home and abroad of antibiotics in milk detection technology,and new detection method for the one described.
