摘  要:目的:分析足下垂及足内翻的足底生物力学特点,探讨其临床研究的意义。方法:于2008年12月-2009年6月在广东省第二中医院及广州体育学院对21名符合研究标准的脑卒中偏瘫患者进行数据采集,受试者赤足走过步态分析压力分布测量台,每人左右脚各自走3步以上,由系统自带专业软件进行数据的计算和处理,主要观察受试者步行过程中足底平面压力及三维压力的分布特点及变化规律。结果:从足底压力测试图像结果上分析,21名受试者中,5人存在足下垂,9人存在足内翻,2人足下垂合并内翻。压力传感器采集到了足下垂患者足趾在传感器上拖行的压力信号,足内翻患者步行时,足外缘着地,同地面有一个明显的压力接触,呈现峰值压力,这些特点同患者的临床症状吻合。结论:脑卒中患者足底生物力学研究对于指导康复治疗方案的制定、预防肢体关节的损害及疗效的评估具有理论及现实指导意义。Objective: To analyze foot drop and foot varus biomechanics and investigate the clinical significance of the study.Methods:Clinical cases of biomechanical testing,observational studies,in 2008-12/2009-06 at Guangdong 2nd Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou Institute of Physical.21 met the study criteria of stroke patients with hemiplegia.The subjects walked barefoot gait analysis and pressure distribution measurement units,each left their feet to go to Step 3 above,by the system comes with professional software for data calculation and processing.Results:Plantar pressure test results on image analysis,21 subjects,5 foot drop human existence,there is 9 foot varus,two were combined varus foot drop.Pressure sensors to collect patients with foot drop toe-dragged the sensor on the pressure signal in patients with varus foot walk,the outer edge of the foot,the same pressure on the ground there is a clear contact,showing the peak pressure,these features with the clinical symptoms in patients with anastomosis.Conclusion:Stroke patients with foot bio-mechanics research in guiding the development of rehabilitation programs to prevent physical damage to joints and efficacy evaluation of theoretical and practical significance.
