消疮饮抑菌 抗炎及免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：探讨消疮饮治疗痤疮的药理作用,从抑菌、抗炎、免疫调节方面阐明其作用机制。方法：通过体外对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌抑菌试验、体内对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的保护作用试验,及二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的影响、琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿的影响试验,观察消疮饮的抑菌、抗炎作用。通过消疮饮对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠血清溶血素生成的影响及对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响试验,观察消疮饮免疫调节的作用。结果：体外抑菌试验表明,消疮饮对大肠埃希氏菌金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌MIC19.45~155.63mg生药/mL,厌氧菌痤疮丙酸杆菌MIC155.63 mg生药/mL,体内抑菌实验表明,消疮饮有降低金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠死亡率的作用,表明本品有抑菌作用。消疮饮有抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀作用,能抑制琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿的作用,表明本品有抗炎作用。消疮饮能促进环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠血清溶血素的生成并且能使环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠脾脏指数明显增大。对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应有明显抑制作用,表明本品具有调节免疫功能的作用。结论：消疮饮具有抑菌、抗炎和免疫调节作用。Objective：Discussion on the treatment of acne sores on the Suppression of the pharmacological action,from uminescens,antiinflammation and immunoloregulation elucidatea in terms of its mechanism of action.Methods： by in vitro colorectal nayaur tetragonioides aurateaus,epidermids,pyocyaneus and fungistasis Propionibacterium acnes,in vivo against Staphylococcus aureus protective effect in mice infected with test,its stereolal effects of ear swelling,agaragar-induced effects of acestoma,antibaterial despersant sore drink,and anti-inflammatory effects.By eliminating sore Yin cyclophospamide chemotransmission immunocompromise mice in and on 2-4nitrochlorobenzene stereolal-type hypersensitivity,effects of drinking immunoloregulation despersant sore.Results： in vitro tests indicating,despersant sore drink on the large intestine nayaur Staphylococcus aureus,epidermids,pyocyaneus pharmacognostic 155.63mg MIC19.45 ~/mL,anaerobic bacteria Propionibacterium acnes pharmacognostic MIC155.63 mg/ml,anti-Aedes,despersant fungistasis indicates that the drink has reduced sores Staphylococcus aureus in mice infected with the role of mortality,the product is repressive.Despersant sore aminomethylbenzoic dnfb drinking have stereolal ear swelling effect,contain agaragar-induced the role of acestoma,this product has anti-inflammatory effects.Despersant sore drink can promote cyclophosphmide chemotransmission hypoimmunologic haemolysin serum and can make cyclophosphmide chemotransmission hypoimmunologic splenocytic index increases.On 2-4nitrochlorobenzene stereolal-type hypersensitivity inhibitory effect,there is an obvious indicates that this product that regulate the role of immune function.Conclusion： despersant sore uminescens,antiinflammation with drinking and immunoloregulation.
