摘　　要：国际海事组织(IMO)于2010年初完成了历时5年的对STCW78/95修正案的全面审查,并于近期通过了该修正案。文中重点介绍了本次修订突出的几个主要特点,分析了修正案可能对各界带来的影响,进而提出了履约对策。At the beginning of 2010, International Maritime Organization （IMO） has completed the comprehensive review to STCW 78/95 which last 5 years. The final draft of the amendments to STCW 78/95 has been adopted by the Diplomatic Conference in Manila in June 2010. The paper introduces several major amendments to the Convention, which would affect the implementation of the industries as well as administration as whole. Based on the analysis, suggestions to implementation to the revised Convention in 2010 have been raised accordingly.
