摘  要:为了适应自动化的需要,解决原有轴承压装机压装过程中人工上料效率低,劳动强度大等问题,设计中巧妙地应用了空间凸轮机构,实现压装过程中自动上料.在分析相关技术要求和参数及现场条件的基础上,完成了立式轴承压装机上料机械手总体结构设计,设计出立式轴承压装机上料机械手.In order to meet the needs of automation and to solve the problems in the original pressing process such as the low-efficiency of artificial feeding and the intensive labor,the vertical bearing push mounting machine manipulator was designed.In this design,the spatial cam mechanism was ingeniously used to implement automatically feeding.Based on the analysis of the related technological requirements and the field conditions,the general structure design of the vertical bearing push mounting machine manipulator was accomplished.The key structures,including the main part and manipulator,were explained in detail.
