摘　　要：隐性知识是知识的核心,把隐性知识显性化出来也是创造知识的重要环节。社会性软件的出现,促进了知识的积累和创造。在社会性软件构建的环境下,从社会认知心理、马斯洛层次需要理论和社会网络弱链接等三方面分析社会性软件对隐性知识显性化的影响。Tacit knowledge is knowledge of the core.Out of the dominance of tacit knowledge is an important part of knowledge creation.The emergence of social software.Contributed to the accumulation of knowledge and creativity.In the social nature of the software build environment.From a social cognitive psychology.Maslow＇s hierarchy needs theory and the weak links of social networks.In three areas analysis of social software are on the tacit knowledge dominance effects.
