摘  要:[目的]提高百合花粉的生活力。[方法]设置4种不同处理,探讨硼酸和蔗糖对百合花粉生活力的影响。[结果]在固体培养基中,蔗糖的适宜浓度为138.76 g/L,硼酸适宜浓度为135.7 mg/L。在液体培养基中硼酸适宜浓度为136.4 mg/L。[结论]添加适宜的蔗糖和硼酸有助于提高百合花粉的生活力。[Objective] The aim of the study was to improve lily pollen vitality.[Method] The influence of boric acid and sucrose on vitality of lily pollen was studied with four treatments.[Result] The results showed that in the solid medium,the best suitable sucrose concentration was 138.76 g/L,the best suitable boric acid concentration was 135.7 mg/L.In the liquid medium,the best suitable boric acid concentration was 136.4 mg/L.[Conclusion] The suitable supplement of boric acid and sucrose could improve lily pollen vitality.
