摘　　要：目的:探讨FOLFOX4方案治疗结直肠癌对患者免疫细胞数的影响及意义。方法:检测47例结直肠癌患者化疗前和化疗后的第1、4、7天T细胞亚群、NK细胞数目变化以及淋巴细胞的凋亡情况,并与正常对照组进行对比。结果:患者化疗前CD3、CD4、CD16+56+细胞及CD4/CD8的比值较正常对照组低(P<0.05),CD8水平无统计学差异。化疗结束后的1、4、7d,CD3、CD4、CD8、NK细胞的水平较化疗前降低,化疗后第4天下降到最低值,化疗后第7天各指标均有所回升,整个过程中CD4/CD8无显著变化。结论:FOLFOX4方案较为安全有效,但年老体弱者使用时需要注意检测和保护。Objective：To explore the alteration of the immune cell numbers of colorectal cancer patients that received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy.Methods：Blood samples form 47 colorectal patients who received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and 47 health people as blank control,flow cytometry was applied to detect immune cell numbers and apoptotic rate. Results：Before the chemotherapy,the number of CD3,CD4,CD16＋56＋ cells and CD4/CD8 ratio were lower than the normal level （P 0.05）,but there were no significant differences in CD8 cells.Slightly fall of T lymphocytes subsets and NK cell were found in patients after chemotherapy.On the 4th day it was the minimum value,on the 7th day all the value increased.The rate of CD4/CD8 remains unchanged in the whole process.Conclusion：FOLFOX4 chemotherapy is safe and useful,but to the old and sick,they should be carefully detected and protected during the chemotherapy.
