摘　　要：目的:总结吉兰-巴雷综合征的流行病学特点,为临床提供参考。方法:回顾分析本院31例临床确诊的吉兰-巴雷综合征患者的临床资料,对其流行病学、临床表现、辅助检查、治疗及预后进行总结。结果:患者以青壮年居多,女性稍多于男性,全年均发病;多有前驱感染史,平均12d发病,表现为四肢对称性无力、四肢远端感觉异常,部分患者有颅神经受损;发病1～2周多有蛋白细胞分离现象;经治疗大多效果良好。结论:吉兰-巴雷综合征是一种免疫介导性周围神经病,临床表现多样,经治疗效果良好。Objective：To summarize guillain -barre syndrome epidemiological features,clinical reference.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed 31 patients diagnosed guillain-barre syndrome,its epidemiology, clinical manifestations,laboratory findings,treatment and prognosis were reviewed.Results：The patients were mostly young adults,women slightly outnumber men, the incidence throughout the year.More than a precursor to infection,the average incidence of 12 days,showed symmetrical limb weakness,distal limbs,paresthesia,cranial nerve damage in some patients;incidence of 1 to 2 weeks was more than a protein cell separation;mostly good results after treatment.Conclusion：Guillain-Barre syndrome is an immune-mediated peripheral neuropathy,clinical manifestations are diverse and well after treatment.
