不同岗位120名护士手的洗消效果随机监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古医学院附属人民医院住院部不同岗位护士手的清洗效果。方法医院住部不同岗位护士120名,分别做洗手前、按日常程序洗手或手消毒后以及工作1 h后手的细菌培养。结果各岗位护士手培养的细菌菌落数洗手前后比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01),配药室护士工作1 h后培养的菌落数与洗手或消毒后菌落数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而从事手术、治疗和护理岗位的护士菌落数明显增多。结论护士在上、下岗时无论从事何种岗位一定要严格执行手的清洗和消毒程度,在工作过程中不仅要做到严格无菌操作,并尽可能做到勤洗手、多洗手。[Objective]To understand the cleaning effect of hand washing among nurses in different positions of inpatient department in Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College.[Methods]120 nurses in different positions of inpatient department were collected,bacterial culture of their hands was performed before hand washing,after routine hand washing or hand disinfection,and after one hour of working.[Results]There was significant difference in colony counting of nurses＇ hand between before and after hand washing（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in hand colony counting of nurses in dispensing room between after hand washing or hand disinfection and after one hour of working（P〉0.05）.The hand colony counting of nurses in operation,treatment and nursing positions increased significantly.[Conclusion]The nurses in all positions must strictly carry out the procedure of hand washing and disinfection before and after they came to their positions.Besides strict aseptic manipulation,frequent hand washing in the working process is necessary.
