中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎61例

摘　　要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的治疗方法和，隘床疗效。方法：将我院收治的122例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各61例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用利水化瘀的中医方剂治疗。经过两个疗程的治疗后，分别统计两组的疗效并做比较。结果：两个疗程后，治疗组总有效率为95．1％。对照组总有效率为77．1％。治疗组和对照组相比存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎疗效好，具有促进胸水吸收、预防胸膜粘连作用，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate treatment methods and clinical effects of treating tuberculous exudative pleurisy in the integrative medicine. Methods： Randomly divid 122 patients with tuberculous exudative pleurisy into treatment group for 61 cases and control group for 61 cases. Taking western medicine therapy in control group, the treatment group taking TCM therapy based on control group. After two courses of treatment, count compare the effect of two groups. Result： After two courses of treatment, the total rate for 95.1% in treatment group, total rate for 77.1% in control group. Compare the treatment group and control group have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating tuberculous exudative pleurisy in the integrative medicine has a good effect, is worth being promotion and application in clinical.
