摘　　要：全科医学是一个面向社区与家庭，构建和谐的医患关系，符合“以人为本”的科学发展观。全科医疗模式已受到了众多学者的肯定，在我国的发展具有历史必然性。General practice is physician-patient relationship of community-oriented and family, construction harmonious, conform the scientific concept development of people-oriented. General medical model was sure for many scholars, development has historical of inevitability.
