摘  要:进行了纳米铁微生物体系去除硝酸盐的柱实验研究,探讨了纳米铁添加量、纳米铁-微生物的处理方式及水力停留时间(HRT)不同时硝酸盐的去除效果及产物的生成情况。结果表明,体系中纳米铁含量由0.056g增加到0.280g时,硝酸盐的去除率由35%上升到90%,氨氮的产生量也由3.059mg/L增加至11.692mg/L;将纳米铁与微生物在26℃培养箱中放置培养5d后对硝酸盐的去除优于直接开始实验去除硝酸盐的效果;HRT从0.50h延长到2.01h时,体系中硝酸盐的去除速率增加。Column tests were carried out for nitrate removal by a nano iron-microbial system. The effects of such factores as nano-iron dose,cultivation pattern,and hydraulic retention time on the nitrate removal efficiency and the products.were studied. Results showed that with the amount of nano-iron increased from 0.056 g to 0.280 g in the system,nitrate removal rate increased from 35% to 90% and the amount of ammonia produced in the volume increased from 3.059 mg/L to 11.692 mg/L,respectively. The effect was even better when the nano-iron and microbial was placed and cultivated in the incubator at 26 ℃ for 5days than that without cultivation. In addition,the nitrate removal rate increased when the hydraulic retention time extended from 0.50 h to 2.01 h.
