摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了MnOx/SBA-15催化剂,利用BET和XRD对催化剂进行表征。考察了各影响因素对介质阻挡放电等离子体协同MnOx/SBA-15催化剂对降解正己醛的影响。结果显示,负载MnOx后的SBA-15仍然保持介孔结构;等离子体与催化剂表现出较好的协同作用,干燥气氛下MnOx负载量为10%时降解效果较好,正己醛去除率达99%;相比干燥气氛,相对湿度低于20%可提高正己醛去除率,但高于20%时催化效果下降;正己醛去除率随初始浓度或气体流量的增加而下降。MnOx supported mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15 were prepared by impregnation method,and characterized by BET and XRD. The factors influencing Plasma-assisted catalysis oxidation of hexanal over MnOx/SBA-15 catalysts was investigated with dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor. Results showed that the mesoporous structure of the SBA-15 was retained after MnOx loading. Good synergetic efficient appeared between the catalyst and plasma,with the highest hexanal removal efficiency of 99% at MnOx loading of 10% and voltage of 7.5 kV. Relative humidity below 20% promoted the oxidation of hexanal. However,higher relative humidity reduced the catalytic property. In addition,removal efficiency declined with increasing initial concentration of hexanal and gas flowrate.
