摘　　要：企业竞争情报工作由于一些不确定因素而具有一定的风险,包括竞争情报市场风险、生产风险、环境风险和技术风险,及时识别并有效控制竞争情报工作中的风险对企业经营决策有着重要意义。企业必须建立竞争情报风险预警模型,制定竞争情报的管理制度,构建竞争情报信息管理系统,提高竞争情报人员业务素质。Competitive intelligence work has risks which include market risk,production risk,environmental risk and technological risks because of some uncertainties.It is of great significance for business decision-making to timely identify and to effectively control risks in the work of competitive intelligence.Enterprises need to establish the early-warning model of competitive intelligence risk,develop competitive intelligence management rules,build competitive intelligence information management system and enhance the quality of competitive intelligence professional.
